Is patient data involved?
No — Callwell schedules people, never patients. No PHI, not a medical device.
iPhone only?
The beta runs on iPhone via TestFlight plus a web app; the schedule also exports/prints for anyone.
Can we import our current schedule?
Yes — bring last year's Excel/CSV and keep your history.
What do members pay?
Nothing out of pocket — the admin's single subscription covers the whole group. Plans are sized by how many providers share call; people who only view the schedule are always free and unlimited.
What happens after the 3-month trial?

How do we get in?
Tap "Join the beta" — the web beta is open with the access code from your invite, and TestFlight invites roll out by group.
Who counts toward the plan size?
Only the providers who actually take call or shifts, totaled across all your teams on the account. Viewers — anyone who just needs to see the schedule — are unlimited and free.
What happens if we grow past our tier?
Nothing breaks and no data is ever lost. Auto-build will ask you to upgrade to a tier that fits your provider count — everything else keeps working in the meantime.
Can I place people manually and still use auto-build?
Yes — manual placements are pinned. The engine builds around them, still counts them toward fairness, and flags any conflicts.
Which holidays does it use?
The 7 majors by default, fully editable per group — only the holidays your group actually observes count toward holiday fairness.
Where does our data live?
On your devices, synced through Apple's iCloud for your group. No Callwell servers, no accounts, no patient data — ever.
